Abstract
This study will conduct a secondary data analysis investigating the comparison of family leisure of female high school coaches and families with a child with a disability. This utilize the theoretical framework of role conflict comprised of work-family conflict and work-family balance,to connect to family leisure. The questions that we are seeking to answer is 1) create a work profile for families, 2) create leisure profiles, and 3) investigate the relationship between role conflict and family leisure. The participants in the study will complete a questionnaire on the subjects of work-family conflict, work family balance, and family leisure.
