The GPRMax2D Input Files included in these folders were used to process data for:

Tewksbury-Christle, C. M., 2013, Quantifying the relationship among ground penetrating radar reflection amplitudes, horizontal sub-wavelength bedrock fracture geometries, and fluid conductivities (Master's Thesis).

Details on the project, data collection and post-processing, and interpretations can be found in that document.

This digital appendix contains example input files for each aperture/extent at an example conductivity. Input file naming schemes are 00p3mm.in for the fracture aperture test and 5cm.in for the lateral extent test. Output files follow the naming scheme of inputname_00p000.out, where the second half is the conductivity. Output files can be processed using the Matlab scripts available in digital Appendix D.
