Accommodations for the VSW Summit are available at several locations:
- The Marriott (Pets Not Allowed)
- The Crowne Plaza (Pets Allowed, $25 Pet Fee)
- The Oliver (Pets Not Allowed)
- The Four Points (Pets Allowed, No Charge)
- Knoxville Airport Hilton (Pets Not Allowed)
There is a block of rooms available for $86 per night at the Marriott if you use this link to make reservations or use group code "ivsivsa."
Additionally, there is a block of rooms available for $99 per night at the Knoxville Airport Hilton if you use this link to make reservations or use group code "VET."
There are also several other hotels you may be interested in exploring. We do not have blocks of rooms reserved in these hotels so you will need to call directly for prices.
The meeting sessions for the Summit will be held at the Holiday Inn (however, they are fully booked and have no rooms available). There will be a free shuttle that transports conference attendees from the Mariott to the Holiday Inn. There is a free trolley route that connects all the downtown hotels that is also available.

Knoxville has a free Trolley that also runs throughout downtown.
