Abstract
This Technical Bulletin provides information intended to help clarify the provisions of the Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act of 1976. On October 4, 1989, the state attorney general (in opinion number 89-130) concluded that a county assessor was personally liable for fines and penalties in violation of the act.
