Aims & Scope

Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law is a journal of legal scholarship published by students at The University of Tennessee College of Law.

Transactions focuses on transactional and business issues affecting the legal community in the Southeast and nation-wide, and is sponsored by and a publication of the Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Regular issues of Transactions are published in the fall and spring, and special report issues are published periodically.

The editors of Transactions consider articles by professors, practitioners, and law students for publication, with an emphasis on topics of interest to both scholars and practicing attorneys.

Currently, Transactions is available in electronic format on Lexis-Nexis, Hein Online, Westlaw, and here at ir.law.utk.edu.
